Central Pacific Bank Charity Walk donates $33,689 to Easter Seals Hawaii

CPB3 Nine Easter Seals Hawaii volunteers and 27 walkers showed up to help and participate in the Central Pacific Bank Charity Walk.

Last Saturday, May 4th, Central Pacific Bank held their annual charity walk and presented a check for $33,689 to Easter Seals Hawaii! Every year, CPB employees select four charities and raise money for them. CPB raised more than $100,000 for Easter Seals Hawaii (ESH), Aloha Harvest, the Bobby Benson Center and Hawaii 3R’s.

ESH President and CEO Christopher E. Blanchard could not contain his excitement when CPB presented him with a generous check.

After the presentation of the checks, the CBP employees walked around Kapiolani Park with volunteers and representatives of each organization.

Family of participants, program managers, case coordinators and many more represented Easter Seals Hawaii and thanked CPB employees for choosing to donate to ESH.

ESH participant Katie O’Brien thanked CPB with a graceful hula in sign language.

Peter Quintanilla and Daniel Bacon showed the audience their dance routine to the latest Korean pop songs.

Katrina M and her sister had a blast at the CPB Walk!

Mahalo to our friends at Central Pacific Bank, we are so grateful that you chose Easter Seals Hawaii. We cannot thank you enough. You have made a difference in the lives of our participants.
